I have been dealing with this insurance broker and its two predecessors for about 35 years. With the initial company I dealt with Karen Austaberry for about 30 years who I found very professional and helpful and followed her through two changes of companies until Westland. I have been passed around a bit between brokers but have now been assigned to Karne Jones and the experience so far has been great. Hopefully I will remain with this broker for the future.
