I submitted an online application for boat insurance and Jason Watson replied almost immediately with the specific questions and additional information needed all clearly outlined and once that was provided, I had a quote the next day. Very efficient, organized and responsive. Hard to find service like this elsewhere.

When we returned home to Atlantic Canada after a year out west, we requested an online quote from Westland Insurance for our vehicle. From the very first moment we walked into this office (previously Sears) and met Jason till today with our new broker Emily I can honestly say we have never had anything but absolutely great service and a great experience. Even when our son needed to move due to group rates she assisted by providing all his information and contact details to a new broker. I normally would expect people to be a bit more "cold" and unhelpful when a client is lost. This however was not the case. I wish he could have stayed because we always feel safe and secure at this brokerage! We kept within Westland though and just moved him over to a broker dealing with group rates for companies that offer these. Thank you Emily for kind, friendly and prompt service delivery! You rock! I have recommended this company many times before and will keep on doing so!
