Getting insurance can be stressful, with all the surprise taxes and fees that can come up out of seemingly nowhere. I had gone to a BCAA location in Nanaimo and almost finished the process when I was given a crazy number which I owed! I was starting to worry that I wouldn’t have my truck insured for work, and stress started to build up in my head. I remembered that my family has been going to Westland insurance in parksville for YEARS, longer than I’ve been alive. When I went in I was hesitant and didn’t want to get my hopes up. Luckily I got to chat with an amazing new broker named Treena. She started not too long ago, and WOW was she ever helpful! She figured out that the last guy missed a HUGE component to my insurance which saved me a BUTTLOAD of money! She definitely knows her stuff. I was finally able to breathe and felt a huge weight off my shoulders. She helped me fill in the transfer papers with ease and she also was looking out for me and my family and gave me insight to add a package which would ensure I was covered and safe no matter where I go. She is a wonderful addition to an already incredible team! I am so grateful for these wonderful people at Westland Insurance and I don’t think I will ever be dealing with any other insurance location. Thank you Treena for helping me when I needed it most, and ensured I got the best coverage and savings for me and my family! I would recommend this location to anyone, anytime.

Cathy has been a lifesaver for me many times. I own an import/export company, and I can only imagine myself working with her for the future. Everytime I come in she's such a delight to sit with, and always is able go resolve my issues extremely quick and efficiently. A+ service to her and the team here. Good job!

I come here for all my insurance needs and I am always happy! Most recently, I came in to get a quote for tenant's insurance. Cora was wonderful! She had me in and out quickly and didn't make me feel pressured. She attached her card to my quote and when I was ready I just sent her an email and she had all the documents back to me same day ready to go. Thanks for the friendly and efficient service Cora!
