Westland has been nothing short of excellent to deal with. They call and remind you when renewals are due (just a reminder, they don’t call a whole bunch pestering you), they keep all your stuff on file so it’s super quick. This last visit I was dealing with Mandi and she took the time to explain the new driver grading/discount system. She also answered my questions about how insurance can be effected by unlisted drivers driving your vehicles. Mandi had graphs and charts to help explain everything, it was super helpful. I didn’t ask her but it seemed she must have years of experience and was happy to take the extra time with me. So glad you guys are in Cedar!!!
