Natasha Kumar at Westland Insurance was great to work with. She was super responsive, always had the answers and is very professional. I typically had same day responses or the very next day if my questions were sent in late in the day. It’s so reassuring and confidence building when customer service is at the forefront and Natasha prioritizes her clients. I switched to Westland Insurance for three main reasons. Their rates were competitive if not better. I’ve seen their response time and quality of service with my own eyes when my neighbour’s home had a significant water leak. And the people have been great to deal with.
