He makes the transactions smooth and painless and he always returns my calls/emails promptly and efficiently. I love that I can handle most everything over the phone/email. He has saved me money by informing me of private insurance that is available for some of my vehicles and he has assisted in getting my log cabin insured, where another insurance company had dropped the ball.
