Forgot motorcycle insurance papers as I was driving through Prince George. I came in and spoke with Adam the branch manager who was incredibly helpful and attentive. They made the process very easy and quick!

I talked to Nicole Freeman today regarding rental insurance. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Her friendly attitude made feel comfortable as she answered every question I had. I will be seeing her in the future!

This has been my first choice for ICBC needs ever since I was helped by Hinal Seth. It's been more than 6 years now. Everytime I have visited their office, the staff is very welcoming. Hinal Seth has been exceptionally awesome at providing me the right guidance for my insurance needs all this years.
