Any time I need help or have a question I receive top notch service that is fast, accurate, and personalized. Most recently I was connected with Nancy Brown. From the moment we started discussing my reasons for calling, I felt like she did a great job of listening to answer my questions and solve my questions. I also felt like she went the extra mile by wanting to double check a few things that’s weren’t on my radar to make sure I had the best coverage for my needs. Great customer service is extremely important these days, especially with everyone having the opportunity to find other providers. I was incredibly impressed by two recent phone calls to Westland Insurance. On my first call I was looking to speak with a specific agent who was not available that day but the agent I was speaking with, Nancy Brown offered to help and address any issues that I might be experiencing. Nancy was truly amazing! She not only answered all of my questions but went over and above ensuring I was sent electronic copies of all of the information I required. Our conversation was informative but more importantly Nancy used her listening skills and in turn made our call fun even though it was a business situation. As someone who has worked in public service I was absolutely impressed by her attention to detail and ability to make me happy I had Westland as my agent. As it turned out I had a second call only a few days later and by happenstance was again connected to Nancy. She was again an amazing ambassador for Westland and able to effectively deal with my requests. Big KUDOs to Nancy for her interpersonal and communications skills......Russ Sabo
