I was able to do changes to my car insurance policy over the phone with Mandeep, who was very helpful and efficient. She gave me good advice and took time to call ICBC to confirm a unique question of mine to be sure, and then called me back within the hour (which I didn't expect with ICBC). Great customer service!

Very thankful for this office. Thought my ICBC insurance expires today but expired last night and can't renew online. This is one of the few offices open on Sunday. Went in and was renewed within 10 minutes. Excellent. Would recommend.
