Christa assisted me at the branch and took all the hassle off my hands by fighting for me, calling management to resolve any issues on my profile and resulting in an increased premium of 25%. I was at Westland Insurance in Sechelt today to get insurance and was greeted warmly by Christa. She was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure that I understood what was needed.
