My latest experience was good and bad. Took a while to get the policy I was wanting settled and I understand all the offices are understaffed. I feel for the employees who do more than they should have to for the clients. Especially Marie Mann in the Kamloops Summit office. She goes over and above and I love dealing with her as I know what she says she will do she will. She is wonderful and very caring. Also a thank you to Allison in the Kelowna office. She also seemed to care about my needs and doing her job as well as she could.

Great customer service and their staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They deliver same great service by phone, by email and in person. I would like to commend Madison, the senior insurance advisor, for her efficiency and expertise while responding to my many questions and concerns. Keep up the great work!

I was very impressed with the service I got from Marli at Westland Insurance. She was so knowledgable and explained things to me that I wasn’t sure of. She made me laugh and it was a great experience. I’ll be returning to her for all my insurance needs for sure!
