I recently renewed home and auto insurance. Jessie S. was the employee I worked with. Although she is new to the company, she is very knowledgeable and friendly. She patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot this year). With one question, Jessie said she wanted to refer to another staff member to make sure she was giving me correct information. She followed up with emails to confirm the details and to check if I needed anything else. I am grateful for her time and highly recommend her to other customers. Cheers.

Shelley Dievert renewed my vehicle insurance today for me, she was very helpful and informative. She let me know that the kilometers on my vehicle would not provide me with the benefit of a deduction as my base coverage has no deductions, and she also informed me that my driver’s licence is due for renewal this year and that I have the opportunity to renew up to six months prior to expiry. Her manner was professional and respectfully pleasant.
