After getting late notice about a significant change in our home and auto insurance renewal from our previous broker, I was lucky enough to be put in touch with Bryan. His expertise and hard work saved our bacon. He had new policies in place for us in one day. Without his efforts, we could have been uninsured for a few days which would have been very inconvenient. Almost 6 month in to working with Shanisse and I couldn't be happier. She has provided a fantastic level of service even when presented with last minute challenges or super quick questions. David at Westland has been very helpful. David took over our files from another agent and has done a great job, including working past his regular hours to arrange insurance for a vehicle that we purchased on a Friday of a long weekend. We have had great service since he started looking after our insurance needs.
